Need helpers, users are unfriendl#1025

I suggest getting helpers on your servers, people who are actually friendly and willing to help new users. People find it too much of an effort to respond to more than one question. This has made me turn away from the server and try and find a new server with a better experience. This is not to be toxic, but honest feedback.

There are a lot of helpers atm but most of them are way to inactive and not helpful at all… They take probably also take away the spots for becoming helper for other players who are really willing to help and those that are active enough to be helper/staff member…
